All appointments require a valid credit card. 

cancellations 

The staff at Swank Salon truly appreciates your continued business and we understand sometimes schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason please contact the salon at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of the full appointment cost booked. Doing so allows us the opportunity for another guest to be accommodated, and for our stylists to be successful!

late arrival

Please contact us if you are running behind. If you arrive late (5min for under 1hr appointments) or (15 min for 1hr+ appointments) We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. Regardless you will be charged 100% of your service booked originally. 

visitor policy

For their safety and ours, children and additional visitors are not permitted in the salon at any time unless receiving a service. Failure to abide by this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your services and a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

services on minors

For anyone under the age of 18 that is receiving a service at the salon must have a parent or guardian present for the entire consultation. Meaning the parent or guardian must be present for the discussion of price, service, maintenance, and expectations. Permission to provide the service after the consultation must be given before proceeding.  We do not offer any chemical service on anyone under the age of 10. All customers must be able and willing to receive services without interruptions, disruptive behavior, and or restraint. If the professional feels it is not a safe or a positive experience we will ask that the appointment be stopped and continued at a later time/date.

product exchange 

At this time we do not accept any product returns or exchanges.

conduct

Anyone who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff or other guests, is disruptive to business, or poses a threat will be instructed to leave and pay 100% of the appointment booked cost.

service adjustment 

Your satisfaction is our goal! , however if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact the salon within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment if eligible. All scheduling is based on availability and with your original professional and at the discretion of the salon. Some services may not be eligible for further adjustments.
