COVID 19 Policies/Procedures
In addition to our normal policies and procedures:
Services by appointment only!
Upon arrival temperature check required! Anyone over 100 will be asked to exit and call back to reschedule.
Mask is required for everyone at all times!
Upon arrival remain in your vehicle until you are called to enter!
Credit card required when scheduling for fast and hands free checkout.
No food or beverages allowed.
Blow drying is temporarily suspended.
Any services that require mask removal are suspended.
We are required by the State to follow strict protocol or we can face fines, closure, or worse!
Please follow the rules or we will ask you to leave and you will be responsible for your appointment charges!
Your satisfaction is our goal! All service sales are final, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied please contact the salon within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment. All scheduling is based on availability and with your original professional and at the discretion of the salon. Any service that is considered a corrective service may not be eligible for further adjustments.
The staff at Swank Salon truly appreciates your continued business and we understand sometimes schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason please contact the salon at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge of the full appointment cost booked. Please see exception for COVID 19 policy. Doing so allows us the opportunity for another guest to be accommodated, and for our stylists to be successful!
For their safety and ours, children and additional visitors are not permitted in the salon at any time unless receiving a service. Failure to abide by this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your services and a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
services on minors
For anyone under the age of 18 that is receiving a service at the salon must have a parent or guardian present for the entire consultation. Meaning the parent or guardian must be present for the discussion of price, service, maintenance, and expectations. Permission to provide the service after the consultation must be given before proceeding.
At this time we no longer are accepting any product returns or exchanges.
Swank Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
